Able Software continues to release Utility Star System enhancements, and has recently improved Utility Star payment method control for "Cash Only" customer accounts. Now, Utility Star system users can apply customized setup the payment methods for Cash Accounts instead of only being able to accept cash as the payment method.
1. Users need to update their Utility Star software to version 9.9.169 or higher.
2. Log in to Utility Star and go to Company > Rule Management > Category: Payment. Then you can select the desired rule value - "PayMethCtrl4CashO" to any of methods A, B, C or L. As shown:



3. Company->Payment->Payment Entry or Payment Station. Enter the account with a cash only flag. User can select A, B, C, or L as payment method.
