In this session we will discuss how to use Handheld.

Meter Reading
In this session we will review the estimates that are calculated when you load accounts into Meter Reading. The setup and calculation of various scenarios will be done. We will also plan to discuss the high/low limits and how they impact the Reading Verification report.

Customer Direct Module
Customer Direct is our complete web service module that enables any utility company to do business in the Internet arena. This session will show you online account management, account status overview, online bill presentation and payment.

Credit Card Interface
This session will show you how to import and export credit/debit card information, as well as how to edit info and/or payments.

Rate Changes
This session will cover the key steps required to make a rate change. It will also cover the impact of proration, effective dates of the rate change, recommended testing and the impact on your bill print.

UTP - New Features & Enhancements
This is a comprehensive review of recent features completed on the UTP. Enhancements discussed will include: Trackers completed through the development contract process, defects and enhancements raised through our user group meetings, as well as enhancements that are being driven by our executive steering committee.

Reporting System
This is a review of reports from two perspectives: a review of key reports that are currently standard reports available in the software, along with additional reports which a number of our clients have created in house or through 3rd party reporting tools. This session involves a Panel discussion and will include participation from a number of our customers, as well as feedback from the audience.

Mail Merge
Mail Merge is a function belonging to Microsoft Office Word. UTP can produce batch of email with it.

Email-Bill
For a utility company, the benefits of using Email-bill include lower cost, less workload and higher work efficiency.

Installment Payment
This function can be provided for customers to amortize debts.

Loan Module
This session will show you how to bill and manage loans via our full service Loan Module.

Work Order Features
Our work order has great features, such as unlimited number of work orders per account, unlimited number of work order types per acount, an unlimited number of workorder types, etc. Also, there are flexible fields providing you options to just record the work or generate a bill if needed. We will explore it together.

Auditing
Auditing is a way to track the account that has had certain information modified. We will review how to use it and discuss how we can improve our software to make your annual auditing a smoother process.

Asset Management
This feature allows you to track fixed assets and control inventory. Integrated barcoding and optional WIFI networks allows you to improve productivity and increase efficiency.
