Kai-Wen Wei - Implementation and Support Team Manager
Kai-Wen Wei will be in charge of the implementation process. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Irvine, and has extensive knowledge in the business process of utility industries. Working from his technical and industry experience, he has successfully overseen several new implementations of the Utility Star software this past year.
