Utility Star software has a loan module that gives utility organizations the option to offer loans to their customers. The Loan Module allows users to define the principle amount loaned, the desired loan repayment time (in Months), calculate interest owed, loan repayment amounts stated on customer bills, charge additional administrative fees and modify the terms of a loan at anytime during the loan repayment period. This module includes related reports for viewing outstanding loans, closed loans, cancelled loans, and paid off loans.
